DHANAM IMPEX was founded at the initative of VINAYAGAM NATARAJAN who had encouraged his son RAJASEKHAR NATARAJAN to start his own enterprise with leather, processing equipment of leather, accessories and supplies. This vision, blessing and support had always remained as a leading light for the success of the company.

Encouraged by his father and support of his wife of Mrs. RAJESWARI RAJASEKHAR took the humble step of forming Dhanam Impex under companies Act in the year 1992. His long experience in the Sales and Service in the industry and impeccable reputation and support with the client had given a head start to the company to attain a steady growth.

Starting with BUSM, the companies business relationship expanded to TEXON, DESMA, FORTUNA, FAGUS, PMF and ILSEMANN Under his leadership and with his centering efforts DHANAM IMPEX became the best solution provider to clients in India and retained its customer base on a long term and sustainable basis.

Dr RAJASEKHAR NATARAJAN passed away in February 2022 leaving behind his legacy and excellent track record of the company. The clients and employees always cherish the memories of their association with him.

After the legacy of RAJASEKHAR, BALASUNDAR RAJASEKHAR stepped in as a New Director to continue the business of Dhanam in 2022 under the guidance and blessings of Rajasekhar Natarajan. R.BALASUNDAR became the New Director who was already a Sales Manager in Dhanam Impex from year 2013. He has taken the new steps to diversity the business not only in India, But also to few Asian countries around India.
